Meet Angie.

I came to wellness through movement.

A Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance brought me into the studio and onto the stage, where I began what would become more than two decades of exploring what it means to live well in our bodies and our lives.

My early career was deeply rooted in movement and fitness. I trained and worked extensively in private Pilates and taught in high-level fitness environments, including Nike World Headquarters and Equinox Fitness Clubs. Over the years, I’ve worked with athletes, older adults, women through pregnancy and postpartum, and people navigating chronic pain, injury, loss, life transitions, and everything in between.

Those experiences taught me that health is about far more than exercise, and lasting change rarely comes from simply knowing what to do. Movement gave me a foundation. Years of study and practice across different modalities broadened my understanding of whole-person health, and graduate training in Kinesiology and Integrative Wellness brought together the science of health and behavior change with what I had witnessed through years of working closely with people.

Today, that experience shapes how I coach. I’m passionate about helping people step out of the constant pressure to do more and instead get clear about what matters, recognize the strengths and resources they already have, and make meaningful changes that fit their actual lives.

I believe health is whole-person work. Our physical health matters, but so do our relationships, sense of purpose, emotional and spiritual lives, and the way we spend our days. Coaching creates space to pay attention to all of it and decide where you want to go from here.

I live in Bend, Oregon, with my husband and our two boys. I hike in the mountains, spend plenty of time outside with our dog, Rey, and get up early enough to have the house to myself for at least one quiet cup of coffee before the day begins.
